About Elim Shores Volunteers - Becky's Team
We have an opportunity to serve folks who live at Elim Shores, an independent living /assisted living residence in our community. We're looking to build a team of both men and women, and both adults and kids, who would like to volunteer once every other month on various Sundays, to put on a program at 12:30 pm. There are four types of programs being considered that would be well/received at Elim Shores
- Craft time/tea party
- Music concert/hymn sing
- Board games
- Special speaker--e.g. if you have a talent, hobby, or interest you'd be willing to share. (We really need a pianist/accompanist; other musicians would be great as well!)
You could volunteer on a one time basis. However, ideally I'm looking to build a team of people who could be there once a month. I'm committed to that, and will need at least one other person to help me.
